LabCommerce carries the Yamato Scientific product line of autoclaves. The Yamato SQ500C is ergonomically designed to enable easy access of parts inside the autoclave. It uses an automatic high-pressure steam sterilization system and it runs on 100V-120VAC and 20.5A-24.5A.

Internal capacity is 1.8 cu. ft. (50L) and maximum working pressure is rated at 36 psi or 0.255 MPa. The temperature varies, depending on the application being used, i.e.:

• 45-135°C: 45-60°C for preheating
  
• 40-60°C for keep warm
  
• 65-100°C for melting,
  
• 105-135°C for sterilization
