Unit features true vacuum valves, wrap-around insulation, crossflow ventilation of inert gas, 1.3cm (1/2 inch) tempered safety glass, silicone door gasket, 2.5cm (1 inch) access port, quick-release positive door latch, aluminum shelves, and rubber feet. High performance ovens feature digital temperature controller, stainless steel exterior, and a dual door system. Solid outer door is easily removed; inner door has a glass viewing window.
