LabCommerce carries the Yamato Scientific product line of autoclaves. The Yamato SQ810C is ergonomically designed to enable easy accessing of parts inside the autoclave. It uses an automatic high-pressure steam sterilization system and it runs on 200V-240VAC and 10.5A-12.5A.

Internal capacity is 2.8 cu. ft. (80L or 21 gal.) and maximum working pressure is rated at 36 psi or 0.255 MPa. The temperature varies, depending on the application being used, i.e.:

• 45-135°C: 45-60°C for preheating
  
• 40-60°C for keep warm
  
• 65-100°C for melting
  
• 105-135°C for sterilization
