Turbomolecular Drag System Package

This system package includes:


  • Alcatel turbomolecular drag pump (fan cooled) - Model pumping system MDP5011-110V; ISO-K inlet, with screen; 110V/60Hz.

  • Pump controller - Model No. MCFV100; Alcatel converter board for MDP 5011 pump (mounted inside control module) plus connecting cable to pump.

  • Turbo pump connector package - Model No. CC-VFK-63-16; all fittings necessary to connect turbomolecular drag pump to system, including: (1) ISO-K pump inlet reducers; (2) gaskets; (3) clamps; (4) hose; (5) connection to control module; and (6) mounting plate for pumps.
